Once an order is placed, a Droppz driver will pick up the items from your location and deliver them to the customer. You can track the delivery status through the vendor portal.
How does the delivery process work?
Droppz offers shipping for all non-state licensed cannabis businesses. Droppz integrates with UPS, FedEx, as well as USPS. You can select the states you don’t want to ship to or choose the states you legally cannot ship your products to. Enter your key to tap print label and ship your items directly from your shipping accounts. Once an order is placed, you will receive a notification to fulfill your purchase order. You can track the delivery status through the vendor portal.
How does the shipping process work?
You can manage your inventory through the Droppz vendor portal. This includes adding new products, updating stock levels, and setting prices. Integrate your POS vendor for real-time inventory management.
How do I manage my inventory on Droppz?
There is no fee for vendors to sign up for Droppz. Droppz only charges a service fee if a user on the app purchases a product. There may be a processing fee associated with the type of payment method the user selects. When applicable, the delivery charge fees go to the drivers, and the shipping fees go to the shipping carriers.
What fees are associated with using Droppz?
Droppz provides a marketing section that allows you to create your own sponsored advertisements. Choose from various set sponsored locations in the app to place the ad. We offer a monthly price structure based on 4 packages up to a 12-month term. Pricing is determined by the sponsored ad locations.
What kind of marketing options do you offer?
Yes, you can create and manage promotions or discount codes through the vendor portal. These promotions will only be available to customers on the Droppz app.
